Book your machine movewith the bzb team

We’re moving your machine from server based management to Microsoft’s cloud, using a tool called Entra ID. This gives you better security wherever you work, faster support, and access to modern features the old setup can’t offer. In practice we check your data is backed up and note any specific software, wipe the machine, and rebuild it from scratch, then reconnect it via Entra ID. You don’t need to do anything, we handle it all remotely.

Book your slot

The appointment takes 4 hours. Pick whichever slot suits you.

We check backups

Your data should already be backed up. If anything’s missing, we’ll rearrange your slot rather than risk it.

Remote wipe & rebuild

Good time to grab a coffee, though don’t wander too far, you’ll need to be back once it reaches the Windows sign in screen.

Once it reaches the Windows sign in screen, sign in with your email, then call us so we can pick back up and finish off.

Back online

Log back in as normal. Everything in OneDrive and shared drives is exactly where you left it.

Before your appointment

Your data should already be backed up as part of our normal process, so there is nothing you need to do. Ahead of your slot, our team will check everything is covered for your setup. If we spot anything that needs attention, we will get in touch and sort it out, often as part of the appointment itself.
