Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the BZB IT LTD Referral Programme. By referring a business or accepting a referral reward, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in the UK.
Not available to employees, contractors, or agents of BZB IT LTD.
The referred business (“Referred Client”) must not be a current or previous BZB IT LTD client.
A referral is only valid if submitted before the Referred Client makes direct contact with BZB IT LTD.
2. Valid Referral Criteria
A referral qualifies for a reward when:
The Referred Client enters into a service agreement with BZB IT LTD.
The Referred Client remains an active, paying client for a continuous 12-month period, regardless of contract term length.
The Referred Client must be identifiable via the Referrer’s name or a submitted referral form at the point of engagement.
Duplicate or retroactive claims will not be honoured—only the first referrer will be rewarded.
3. Referral Reward
The Referrer will receive a 5% commission based on the Referred Client’s total spend during their first 12 months with BZB IT LTD (excluding VAT).
The reward will be issued after the Referred Client completes the 12-month service period.
This is a one-time reward—no additional commission is due for continued service beyond 12 months.
Payment will be made via bank transfer, typically within 30 days of eligibility confirmation.
4. Charity Donation Option
Referrers may opt to donate their 5% reward to a UK-registered charity of their choice.
BZB IT LTD will process and issue the donation on the Referrer’s behalf.
Written confirmation and proof of donation will be provided.
The charity must be registered and in good standing with the Charity Commission.
5. Limits and Conditions
Referrers may submit an unlimited number of referrals.
Only the first successful referrer per company is eligible for a reward.
Referrals must be submitted clearly through our designated channel or identifiable on client intake.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit or services.
6. Programme Changes & Termination
BZB IT LTD reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Programme at any time, without prior notice.
Any valid referrals made prior to a change or termination will still be honoured under the terms active at the time of referral.
7. Data Protection
Participation in the Programme requires the collection and processing of personal data for administration and reward fulfilment.
BZB IT LTD will handle all data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and GDPR regulations.
8. Governing Law
This Programme is governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
BZB IT LTD’s decisions on all Programme matters are final.
