Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is bzb IT, registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to existing bzb IT customers aged 18 years or over.
Employees of bzb IT, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
3. How to Enter
Customers will be invited to participate after the closure (resolution) of a service desk ticket.
To enter, customers must submit a genuine review on Google Reviews or Trustpilot using the links provided in the invitation.
Each eligible review counts as one entry into the monthly prize draw.
Multiple entries are permitted if customers submit separate, valid reviews after subsequent ticket closures.
3.1 Identification Requirement
The prize draw is open to existing bzb IT customers aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must submit the review under a name or account that allows bzb IT to reasonably verify their identity.
Failure to provide sufficient information to verify eligibility will result in the entry being void.
4. Prize Details
The prize is a £20 Amazon Voucher.
One winner will be selected each calendar month.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
bzb IT reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or voucher of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received within the calendar month.
The draw will take place within 7 working days after the end of each month.
The winner will be notified via email or phone, using the contact details held on their bzb IT account or provided via the confirmation form.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, bzb IT reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Additional Terms
Reviews must be genuine, relevant to the services received, and comply with the rules of the chosen platform (Google Reviews or Trustpilot).
Reviews that are false, offensive, misleading, or breach platform terms will disqualify the participant.
By entering, participants consent to bzb IT referencing their name and review for promotional purposes unless they explicitly request otherwise.
Entry is free; no purchase is necessary beyond having a closed service desk ticket.
7. General
bzb IT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
bzb IT’s decision regarding the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
