Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to find out more about the bzb IT story.
Well, let’s start at the beginning. With decades of experience in the IT industry our founding directors knew there was a better way to deliver IT support. They had a vision of combining genuine technical expertise, with transparency and trust. Working in true partnership with clients, creating sustainable relationships over time for mutual benefit. For this reason, bzb IT was born.
Today, we’re based in Bath with outreach across the South West. We’ve seen rapid growth and couldn’t be prouder to partner with some truly amazing companies as well as being active in our local community.

Our team

Dragisa Matovski
Account Director
Dragisa (Drag) leads the company’s technical consultancy & account management division, with over-arching responsibility for driving forward the technological aspirations of our clients. He’s spent the last 20+ years of his career in Managed Services, consulting on and delivering projects to SMEs. Drag is a certified Cyber Advisor through IASME and specialises in matching technology to business need, unlocking the full potential of IT whilst remaining secure.

David Robinson
Technical Consultant
David specialises in proactively building long-term IT strategies for clients across a range of industries, helping to ensure their technological investments match their business goals. David is a certified Cyber Advisor through IASME and has the knowledge and capability to recommend appropriate technology for SMEs. David is the collector amongst us; Lego, puzzles, 90s memorabilia, you’ll find him exploring whatever piques his interest!

Neil Rowse
Solutions Engineer
Neil is a networking and infrastructure expert, having spend the last 10 + years in the IT industry. At bzb IT, he takes accountability for the delivery of various projects across our client base, including cloud migration, network upgrades and Microsoft product deployments. Neil is a family man through and through, with a passion for all things biking when he gets the time!

Sam Vesey
Technical Director
Sam is certified to Network Professional level and takes ownership of our technical blueprint. His primary responsibility is to ensure bzb IT is at the forefront of understanding how SMEs adopt the latest IT in a secure & cost effective way. He also oversees our professional services division, where he leads our team in delivering change programmes for our clients. He has an extensive list of certifications, including the prestigious Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Nathan Warren
Solutions Engineer
Nathan is a certified network, infrastructure and transformation expert working in our Professional Services Team. He delivers innovative and tailored solutions to our clients, often bridging the gap between complex technology and business requirements. Outside of work, Nathan loves to spend time with his family, often running around after his two young children!

David Areskog
Solutions Engineer
Dave is accountable for Service Delivery and Operational Efficiency at bzb IT, with the primary objective of ensuring our clients receive value for money from our proposition. He’s also an experienced IT engineer and Cyber Security expert, holding certification to audit SMEs to Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Dave loves to spend time with his family and twin children, especially at his allotment!

Oli Hayes
Business Development Manager
Oliver is an expert in Business Development, with prior experience in event sales for international companies. He’s also held public sector roles where he’s managed governance and control processes. Oliver brings bzb IT’s proposition to life, clearly articulating the value of information technology to SMEs long term success. Oliver is a massive sports fan; golf, football, darts, snooker, you name it he’ll have a view on it!

Jack Vesey
Managing Director
Jack leads the strategic direction of the business, and takes overall ownership of key business activities including Commercials, Operations, People, Service & Brand. His background is in financial services, and has a wealth of experience in Proposition Management, Pricing Strategies, Governance and Third Party Acquisition & Partnerships. Jack also holds a degree (BA Hons) in Business Studies.

Alfie Grose
Marketing Executive
Alfie leads on the strategy and delivery of our brand communications via multiple marketing channels. He brings fresh energy to the role and has years of experience alongside a (BA Hons) Business and Management with Marketing degree. Alfie’s key deliverables range across campaign and technical marketing; as well as taking on our ‘Chief of LinkedIn’ mantra within the office. In his spare time, Alfie enjoys watching the football and going on walks in the countryside (if there is a pub on route!).

Matthew Prior
Business Development Executive
Matt is our Business Development Executive, helping our brand reach more businesses with creating and delivering on outbound strategies. Matt has brought energy and focus to building new opportunities, forging strong relationships that are built to last. Outside of work, Matt’s hobbies keep him busy – he loves building and fixing things, always finding creative solutions and taking on new projects.

Alex Benjamin
Service Desk Coordinator
Alex holds an integral role within service delivery, taking responsibility for ticket allocation and delivery. He reports on monthly performance, ensuring we meet our KPIs/SLAs and are analysing any recurring issues to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Alex will also spend a large portion of his time resolving tickets on the Service Desk. Outside of work, Alex loves keeping up to speed with the latest in Gaming and Sports.

Luke Nix
Senior Service Desk Analyst
Luke is an experienced IT engineer and leads on resolving the complex issues our clients face. He’s a natural people-person which has enabled him to build trusted relationships across our client base. In his spare time, Luke loves to explore new places and find any bargains he can get his hands on!

Robby Hijstek
Service Desk Analyst
Robby is one of the best communicators in the business and has built strong relationships with our clients via his Service Desk role. Robby grew up near Rotterdam in the Netherlands and is also our in-house Mental Health support member, focusing on building a happy and healthy team! In his spare time, Robby loves running and can often be found going on a casual 10k at 5am and as a relatively new Dad, he loves spending time with his family.

Levi Farrow
Service Desk Analyst
Levi plays the crucial role of responding to client needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. He completed his university placement at bzb IT during the summer of 2023 and has since come back in a full-time role on our Service Desk. While at University in Southampton, Levi studied (BEng (Hons)) Software Engineering. In his spare time, Levi likes to play video games with Hollow Knight being his favourite, he also enjoys programming and cycling.

Danika Dyer
Office Administrator
Danika leads our in-office administration, keeping everything running smoothly and balancing multiple tasks. Since joining the team at the start of 2025, she’s brought a fresh energy to the office and keeps us all on track. Outside of work, Danika loves family walks, exploring National Trust sites, and playing cricket. She’s all about making the most of quality time with her family.
